We encourage children to engage in many varied cultural experiences and invest heavily in visiting speakers, performers and artists. Students all exhibit their art work publicly in a prestigious gallery. Theatre trips are frequently organised and both English and French theatre companies visit annually to perform at school for students. Individual instrumental and vocal coaching is provided which leads students towards RSM grade accreditation.

Community service is an essential part of social development for students and the school is a Gold Award school for the Diana Award scheme. Students operate a drop in session for local elderly residents and maintain church and war memorials locally.
